New name for company,WTWW still on,YB500 not dead yet

friends,it has ben sometime since last blog,so first,you may have noticed my company name which used my screennames since 2001,is now officially called Brainman Media.This reflects the wide scope of services i offer for FREE!
As of this writing,it is now 1:20 UT on Sunday,September 4,2010
and i heard Cuba on thier usual channels such as 6000,etc with some distorted audio(Better Fix it,Arnie!)
Anyway earlier today i was tuned to 19m and heard nice latin tunes by singers,even had Greggerdrumbeats in one rockin tune(I wish they paused for a buzzroll on the snare!)
RNW relays Sweden at 2:00 UT but in another language to Asia,Not North America.
I do hope to solve some interference issue with RAE Argentina 11710 at around 02:30 UT in English with whining signal.I suspect it's my antenna too close to power pole.I may have to put it up in a sturdy tree and tie it off so as not to pickup interference.also may bring indoors the old RS Pocket SWL antenna to use with the YB500 on Batteries as Clarence Wilson Did for his g3 reciever

WTWW Moves off frequency,etc

As of This Month(April),WTWW in Lebanon,TN.,was asked to move to 9479 khz to avoid interfering with a local school's public address system's UHF frequency.
And,still,the only programming offered is Pastor Pete Peters from La Porte,Co,USA,but,thanks to him,i heard a nice song by Mr.Randy Davenport!
Anyway,that was a good song with Greggerdrumbeats in it.
Since i am way behind in posting loggings,i do need to catchup so from time to time,
i will be posting loggings.Easter is upon us,so let me wish you a Happy Easter.
Another blog will hopefully have more news about WTWW,WWCR moving channels,etc.
So keep it here for the latest,Brainy

WTWW Signs on

Tennessee's newest shortwave station kicked off this morning with who else?Pastor Peter J.Peters from The Colorado Mountains! Now if we can find out if they plan to carry Good Ol GH's "World Of Radio" 1500! I am thrilled to at least hear the live streaming at thier site:

I do hope you give it a try.It is better than trying to hear it on SW but SW offers more options.
We will see if WTWW will be better than WWCR in terms of content.Thanks To A DXLD contributor i got notified they launched on 9474 at 1500 UT,Friday MMorning,Feb.19,2010 using a 100 kw CEI 420 E Transmitter and TCI Log periodic antenna beamed to North America.Congrats To George And David,too for the somewhat sucesssful launch of WTWW.let us hope they carry some elays of WNAZ FM 89.1 in Nashville,Since David is the Cheif Enginneer of that station.I did hear a trumpet fanfare prior to the ID by Ted Randall.Must be thier IS.well,I told you as soon as WTWW launched i would update you and i did! Hope you sit back,relax and enjoy George's new Leap Of Faith Ministry.

WTWW,WWCR Switching Channels,more

As you know,WTWW is launching in another week or so from Lebanon,TN,and it looks as if WWCR the first statuion from here,
has decided to invade the former 4 Mhz tropical b and wiping out hopes to pick up some hard to hear DX from africa and Central and South America and some Asians.
It is the same transmitter that uses 5070 before 03:30 on weekdays.
but,WWCR carries Alex Jones! YES!Is WTWW carrying him,too? I wander!
On the freebie front,I got a sample grape dringk from UniNutrition(But may give to my nephew who plays Warcraft Online!)Kellie Maize is offering A FREE Physical Copy of her latest album,AND free Download,too!Top This,Ronald Rip!(Sorry!)nice Artists who are nice to fans and media owners like me send me review CD's and i get to hear such talented musicians.It is not like being rewarded,i just enjoy pleasing artists and fans.leslie Bowe has yet to be heard from however.Lindsay Harper also has not shown an interest in my teview nor sending a review copy of her cd either.I do know the Brand New Strings Has a current release i had not gotten review copy yet,but hope to soon.Randy Massengill is the guy repping the group.You may know him from Blue Moon Rising.A Very Nice Man indeed.still Looking for a drummer from any band in my friends to send a signed 20 inch bass drumhead with band logo and drum company logo on it.,along with sticks so i may use as practice pad.not since i was a kid aged seven have i last gotten to play real drums.

No More Testing from WTWW,Programming soon

America's and East Tennessee's newest Shortwave Station WTWW in Lebanon,TN.,concluded two weeks of testing prior to the commencement of regular programming.
Ted Randall,the station's QSL manager,is busy verifying reception reports.WTWW hopes to have a special"Test" QSL card out soon.
As for music,well,you may be out of luck as i don't think the station will have any music programs,but i hope what we WILL NOT be hearing is Brother Scare or PMS?DGS,or even cntroversial preachers,but informative programming.Alert to George,please consider relaying WNAZ!yes,this is the station whose chief enginneer was identified as David Klimkowski,of Nashville,who appeared in the "WTWW Transmitter Work" You Tube Video.
Could he be the person known as"WTWWStudio"?
bTW,i emailed him as well as the lady at thier station for a "Christian Music" T shirt,but had not heard from him or her.
Until the start of regular programming for this station begins,i'll conclude this entry on this station.In The Next one,i'll try to catch up on other activity such as WWCR using 4755replacing 7465 due to interference.So til then,thanks for reading,Brainy

More Testing and Live Callin on WTWW Last Night

Tennessee's newest shortwave station,WTWW,was testing again yesterday UT Saturday beginning at 16:00 UT first on 9480 then switching to 9475 due to the Nauen relay of Family Radio to Europe at that hour.
ted Randall at 3:00 UT was holding A LIVE CALL IN! He took calls from parts of the world but i could barey pull it in on the longwir coax i constructed in 2000 when i was using it on the old retired uniden CR 2021.
I know that there may not be further testing near the date when George goes to Malasyia for the HFCC Conference(As told in previous entry).
During daytime hours the 100 KW Continental works fine with the Log periodic antenna.

WTWW was last heard Friday

Tennessee's newest shortwave station in Lebanon,Tennessee,The ALL NEW WTWW,was last heard from yesterday by Not only yours truly,but Glenn Hauser in Oklahoma.Between 01:32 to 147 UT,he heard the same canned announcements and test music,possibly from a CD dubbed to cassette tapes.Here is the log GH posted:** U S A. 5755, WTWW testing again UT Jan 15 around 0142 and 0147 with same ID and probably same music loop as before. Carrier and modulation off and on several times as needed: 0213 off, 0218 OC, 0219 not
audible.

George McClintock tells me that altho problems are being worked out, a lot more full-power testing is needed, especially on 9480 which would be on the air Friday afternoon. Does not plan to finalize programming until after HFCC, which is Feb 1-5 in Kuala Lumpur. He`s also too busy now to verify reception reports but will eventually have a QSL card; there is no contact info on the website http://wtww.us (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)

From what i gather,the station might move to 9480 for further testing.George plans to be at the Raddio Conference in Feb,2010 to drum up support of his new station.There is no contact inffo on the WTWW site,but a user on youtubegoing by the callsign,posted a video showing the work by George And David at thier site near Nashville.
That's all i have right now,but will continue to updates as needed,so keep it here and on"World Of Radio" with Glenn Hauser for late breaking news.

WTWW Still testing on 5755 at 01:00 UT

Yes,Tennessee's newest Shortwave Station,WTWW,was again heard as of UT Thursday Januaray 14 2010 at around 01:34 UT,running Test announcement.In Fact,I wil include a copy of the file i recorded off the tape recording i made from The cassette tape on my radio at that time.
I do hope Google allows me to upload the clip.It would be interesting to hear it.I may have to do it on Google's You Tube site.
As i noted,they played"Walking To New Orleans" by a black singer followed by The announcement by male(Same Voice formerly on KAIJ,Dallas!)"WTWW,Lebanon Tennessee,performing Equiptment tests".
Interestingly,as i also noted on the"Transmitter" video on You Tube(Owned By Google,BTW!)
I hope to provide More information as it becomes available.

WTWW Testing On 5755 Daytime!

Well,i tuned in my Sangean Shortwave Radio at 19:28 UT to hear the new shortwave station from Tennessee,WTWW testing on 5755 thier nighttime frequency.
I heard the announcer giving call letters,location frequency and said it was"Performing" equiptment tests!
They use a Continental 100 kw unit that came from the old site in Dallas,where KAIJ originated from earlier.

I observed the station test playing"Walking To New Orleans" followed by the ID,then"THE TWIST" by Chubby Checker before dead ai at 20:00 UT on Wednesday,Januarary 13,2009.

WTWW Testing On THe Air This week

WTWW,Tennessee's Newest Shortwave station began testing on UTC Wednesday,January 5,2009 around 02:37,but only ran the Continental transmitter at only 2500 watts.
When arching occurred in the electronics to the unit,testing was stopped for the time being.
Until we hear from the station's owner,we can hope nothing bad has happened to cause this setback in testing stage.
George Mclintock has posted a You Tube video of the transmitter work.
There was a man intervieweing him at the gates to the site.

So we can almost say"Welcome" to WTWW,"WE Transmit Worldwide"from my Homestate of Tennessee,Go Vols!
